A Mission Born From Experience and Passion
In 2008, Jay Forgione reached a career crossroads and chose to build something meaningful for others entering retirement. By 2009, Summit Retirement Solutions opened its doors with the single goal of guiding people to retire with confidence, security, and a sense of purpose. Today, every member of the team brings this vision to life, blending over 15 years of experience with a genuine commitment to every client. Summit has grown through trust, long-term relationships, and a passion for making a difference.
Meet our owner
Jay Forgione
Jay prides himself on helping clients elevate their financial awareness. As the owner of Summit Retirement Solutions, Jay works to help individuals and families design strategies to achieve their goals in the most tax-efficient and future-focused way. Jay also published "Blazing a New Retirement TRAIL: Creating a Successful Retirement"—now available on Amazon—to help pre-retirees and retirees navigate the complex world of retirement planning with clarity and confidence.
Jay began his career as a senior regional manager for a major corporation. During this time, he realized the importance of financial planning. He started his own practice to focus on crafting retirement distribution planning strategies to help clients preserve, protect and defend their nest eggs. Jay has a bachelor’s degree in small-business management from the University of Connecticut.
In his free time, Jay loves the outdoors, skiing, hiking, golfing and spending time with his wife and three kids.

Rebeca Williams
Rebeca takes pride in supporting efficient and organized operations behind the scenes. As an Executive Assistant, she brings a calm, capable presence to the office, ensuring day-to-day tasks run smoothly and effectively.
With a background in both the legal and funeral industries, Rebeca brings a unique blend of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail to every role she takes on. Her diverse experience has shaped her strong ability to adapt, communicate clearly, and provide support where it’s needed most.
Rebeca holds an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Goodwin University and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English with a focus on communication and journalism from the University of Maine at Presque Isle.
In her free time, Rebeca enjoys reading, writing, and diving into research—always seeking to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
